What is deleted, and what can be retained

Your sign-in identity (email, name) and account ID · every trip and its GPS route · charging sessions and their locations, including your home charger location · all prices, costs, and rates you entered · settings, saved trailers, and paired-adapter details · generated mileage reports · subscription records held by the app An anonymized vehicle service history, keyed only to the vehicle's VIN — like a service book that follows the car to its next owner: vehicle specs, day-level charging facts, battery state-of-health, diagnostic codes, and tire records. It has no fields for your name, email, account, locations, routes, prices, or notes, so it cannot be linked back to you. Don't want it kept? Email us the VIN before deleting your account and it is removed too.

Anonymous community price contributions (never account-linked; expire automatically within 14 days) and crash reports (identified only by a random install ID, never your account).

Data on the phone itself (local database, settings, logs) is removed by uninstalling the app.
